About me:
I embraced the passion for sports at the age of 7, practicing 12 years of aerobic gymnastics at ,,Cetate Deva National Sports College”. During this period I participated in both national and international competitions, most of which materialized with a place on the podium.
Later, in 2013, I started my activity as an Aerobics and Pilates instructor, in Sibiu. After 5 years I got my Licence and Master degrees in Physical Education and Sports.
Also, I managed to obtain certifications in various branches of fitness, such as:
- Pilates;
- Aerobic gymnastics (aerobic step, functional step, ABT, circuit training);
- Prenatal gymnastics.
Pilates
Pilates avoids high impact, high power output, and heavy muscular and skeletal loading.
It is accessible to everyone regardless of age, level of training. And it’s used as recovery gymnastics in case of injuries, operations and accidents. It is advantageous for people with kyphosis, lordosis, neck pain, sciatica pain, etc. The exercises can be adapted to both pregnant women and the elderly.
The basic principles of Pilates: concentration, control, breathing, centering, precision, fluidity.
